The earlier target for the S2 agent is level 5E, limited autonomous control, with the goal of not needing human approval (int-041). A later statement says the agent operates the real arm in fulfilling orders but is not expected to work semi-autonomously: it reports deviations instead of correcting them (int-090, int-091). That answer took none of the options on whether 5E stays the goal. The later statement S148 settles it: 'Runs the order, reports problems', for 'Both arms'. On the order's normal path the agent moves the arm with no person approving each move; anything off the path, it pauses and reports with a recommendation, and a person decides; the option chosen names this the current design, 5E (int-095). So 5E stays the design for both arms' agents, the goal of not needing human approval holds on the normal path, and int-041 is kept as history, marked as superseded.
